About Me

Located in the North San Antonio, at J Winston Consulting we provide a friendly and understanding environment for individuals, couples and families. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here in the State of Texas who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I aim to provide a warm, welcoming environment focusing on my relationship with my client. I believe the individual is the expert about themselves, and my role is to help facilitate their journey towards their goals. I use a variety of different therapeutic techniques and interventions, tailored to fit you as an individual. My ultimate goal for you, as your counselor is to guide you in your journey towards happiness and being able to live the life that you want.
